1. Exchange Policy

We do not support exchanges.

Customers must carefully review and confirm all order details (size, design, quantity, and shipping address) before placing an order. Once the order is placed, we are unable to offer exchanges for any reason.


2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

3. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date.

After 30 days, the order is considered accepted and no refunds will be issued.


4. Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • You ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or no longer want the product
  • The product arrives:
    • Damaged, broken, or defective
    • Incorrect (wrong design, size, or item)
    • Different from the product description
    • Made from incorrect material

5. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet all conditions below:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Not modified or altered
  • No damage caused by the customer
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Note: Minor issues such as loose threads that can be easily fixed are not considered defects.


6. Proof Required for Refund

To process your request, please provide:

  1. Proof of purchase
  2. Shipping receipt or label
  3. Clear photos of the received item
  4. Email communication with our support team

7. Return & Refund Process

  2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days
  3. If approved, return the item using a trackable shipping method
  4. Send us the tracking number or return receipt

Important:

  • Do NOT return items without confirmation
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.


9. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the return
  • Funds typically appear within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then email us for support
